A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This includes the cancellation or amendment of any part of a booked treatment.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 80% of the booked treatment cost. This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.

All gift vouchers must be used prior to their expiry date and presented at the time of the appointment.

A skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to certain treatments, where applicable.
